Out with the Old, In with the New
In the iconic words of Maria Von Trapp, “The hills are alive!”
Spring is here! The birds and their lovely songs have returned, the wildflowers are starting to bloom, and once again the sunshine and rain wrestle for control of the skies. Every local would agree, nothing beats a Wenatchee Valley Spring!
Up on Stemilt Hill, the vines are starting to wake up. Pruning is in full swing as we prepare our sleepy vines for this year’s new growth. Our winemaker, Seth Cohen, is bottling up a brand-new Archibald James cider called Carboniq and some of our old favorites like Stemilt Creek’s Boss Lady Red Blend. Did I mention we are hoping to release two brand-new wines soon as well?! Meanwhile, here in the tasting room we are getting ready for club releases, shifting some inventory, and planning some fun events (including a fantastic 6 Pack Sale).

Both Wine Clubs, Archibald James and Stemilt Creek Winery, are launching their Spring Club Releases!
Stemilt Creek’s Spring Release is April 1st.
Archibald James’ Spring Release takes place on April 17th.
Come in any time after the release dates for your pick-ups!

New Releases
Carboniq - A new hard cider! A blend of traditional cider apples co-fermented with whole-cluster Grenache grapes, it has balanced acidity, light tannins, and bright fruit aroma and flavors. It will remind you of a dry Rosé! A great option if you want to venture out from wine to cider!
Sparkling Orange Muscat - It is not brand new, but it’s BACK!! It’s perfect for Weekend Mimosas. It’s also great just by itself! It’s floral notes of honeysuckle and fruity Apricot jam notes make it feel like a sweet treat even though it has next to no residual sugar content. It’s spring-y, it’s fresh, it’s a fan favorite. We are just as happy as you that it has returned.
Granitas will be back around the end of April! Perfect for patio sits and river views, we will have a Cider Granita option and a White Wine Granita option.
We may or may not be bringing in some White Wine Cocktails as well… YUM! Keep an eye out!
