Staff Picked BBQ Pairings for the Fourth of July
If you are new around here, welcome!
What better way to introduce you to our staff than through our own favorite BBQ and Wine Pairings?!
Brittany’s favorite pairing is a barbequed bratwurst with Stemilt Creek’s Sweet Adelaide Riesling.
Kaylynn loves a Hawaiian style chicken with grilled pineapple paired with either Archibald James’ Thai’D Up cider or Sauvignon Blanc.
One of Jenn’s go to pairings this summer is pulled pork with Archibald James’ Sangiovese.
Brian’s choice pairing is dry rubbed, smoked beef ribs with Stemilt Creek’s A Day’s Work Cab Sauvignon.
Vicki’s favorite pairing is a barbequed marinated flank steak with chimichurri sauce served with Stemilt Creek’s Boss Lady Syrah or Archibald James’ Petite Sirah.
Madi’s summer pick is Greek chicken kabobs with tzatziki served with Archibald James’ Chardonnay or Sangiovese.
Brigette’s summer pairing is blackened salmon with fresh vegetables and potatoes alongside Archibald James’ Sangiovese (chilled to 52 degrees and then allowed to come back up to room temperature before pouring).
For the summer, Ben enjoys a pulled pork sandwich with all the fixings paired with Stemilt Creek’s Boss Lady Syrah.
Our winemaker, Seth, enjoys grilled ribs and coleslaw with grilled corn paired with Archibald James’ Lamante Malbec or Stemilt Creek’s Sauvignon Blanc.
